• Ticket types. 1. FLEXI ticket allows you to make one date change up to 48 hours before travel with no administration charge should your plans change and providing we have seats available. 2. STANDARD ticket allows no date changes at all.
• BIKE CARE: As well as being fully licensed and insured, we take care of all bicycles as if they are our own.
• It is better to BOOK EARLY as we often sell out.
• WEATHER: We closely monitor the weather through our paid weather service. As cyclists ourselves we understand that it can still be enjoyable to be on bikes even if the weather is not perfect so we will only cancel the shuttles if the predicted weather may affect riders safety. If this happens, we reschedule if possible or quickly refund. Booking the best ride of your trip early in your stay allows for a replacement day if necessary.
• FRESH LEGS: Booking the best route on the island for late in your visit makes no sense!
• ARRIVAL TIME: This service collects passengers and bikes at two hotels and arrives on average in Andratx @ 09:15 depending on the amount of traffic encountered.
• BREAKFAST: This early shuttle means you may miss your hotel breakfast. Plan accordingly (plenty of tasty places on arrival). If you must eat on the bus, please do so respectfully and put your rubbish in the bin provided.
• RETURN ROUTES: As a transport company rather than a cycling holiday company, we offer just the transport that takes you and your bike to the start of the amazing return route that you choose yourself. We cannot always anticipate road closures so we advise always having an alternative return route available.
